Returns, Exchanges and Repairs

Returns or Exchanges:

We have a 100% "Love It!" Guarantee.  If you don't love your MaeMae, we will gladly exchange it or refund you in full (less shipping charges) within 45 days of purchase.  

To initiate returns, repairs or exchanges, please contact customer service via email at dreamcatcher@maemaejewelry.com or phone (323) 205-5390.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item, and approved your refund.  ChaChing!

 

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to an error on our part).  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item, but you could just put it in an envelope with a letter and a .55 stamp if you're the risk-taking type.  ;-) 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the product gets back to us. 

Free Repairs:

We offer free repairs on your MaeMae within 1 year of purchase.  Just email us at dreamcatcher@maemaejewelry.com and we'll take care of you.  :-)  

If your MaeMae is more than one year old, we may charge a $5-$10 repair fee....but, we may also advise that maybe, just maybe, you are ready for some new energy.  Email us, and we would love to help you choose a new MaeMae that brings you the kind of energy your Spirit needs now.

Sale items (if applicable):
Sale items cannot be refunded, but if you're unhappy with your sale purchase for some reason, please contact us.  We got you, boo.  :-)
