Sizing:

• *Chain rings should fit snug!  The trick is to slowly wiggle (not roll) the ring past your knuckle, and then you're golden! Sometimes it helps to flip the center piece and then kinda shimmy the chain down, flip, wiggle, flip, wiggle, etc.  Once it's on, you really don't have to take it off as it's hypo-allergenic and won't tarnish or stain.
